Viva Consulting is a Dubai-based advisory firm, established in 2018. We serve clients directly, and large consulting firms bring us in as specialists. Both routes have given us a working knowledge of how decisions get made and delivered in GCC institutions.

Iyad Assad has more than 20 years of experience in strategy and management consulting, leading major projects for the public and private sectors in the UAE and across the GCC.

- Dubai
Led the integration programme for the merger of two leading commercial free zones, covering core and support functions, systems, governance framework, policies, processes and procedures.
- Riyadh
Led the investment vertical for a major industrial real-estate developer, building the department’s structure, investment strategy, policies and procedures.
- Dubai
Headed the PMO executing the transformation plan of a leading automotive and real-estate conglomerate, across the corporate office and six operating companies.
- GCC
Project-managed operating model redesigns and the development of complete policy and procedure manual suites.
