Questions

Working with Viva

How do engagements usually work?

Three models: a defined project with fixed deliverables; an embedded advisor, where a Viva advisor joins your team for a set period (past engagements of this kind have run from four to twelve months); or a subcontract, where we deliver a specialist workstream for a lead consulting firm.

Which countries do you cover?

We are based in Dubai and work across all six GCC countries.

Do you work in Arabic?

Yes. We deliver in Arabic and English, including bilingual reports, policy manuals and board materials.

How is Viva different from a large consulting firm?

You work directly with senior people throughout, and a lean structure keeps fees competitive. We partner with EY, PwC, Mercer, Protiviti, Palladium, Caliber, Konsälidön and Franklin Covey, so our methods meet the standard large firms expect.

What happens on the first call?

A 30-minute conversation about your situation and what a good outcome looks like. If we are a fit, we follow up with a short written proposal setting out scope, timeline and fees.

How do you treat confidential information?

Client information stays confidential. We sign NDAs on request, and we name clients publicly only with their consent.

Have a decision coming up?

Book a 30-minute call. There is nothing to prepare, and by the end you will know whether we are the right fit.
